Power star Pawan Kalyan is now busy with the shooting for his new film titled ‘Puli’. He is playing a powerful police officer in the film. Hansika Motwani was signed up to play the female lead in the film. But she has now been replaced by a new heroine named Nakasha. Hansika is busy with films in Hindi and hence could not give the bulk dates as required for the film. Another young heroine, Jyothi Krishna will play the second heroine in Puli. AR Rehman is scoring the music for the film.
